Return Policy

The following shall apply to all customers for the products and services offered by Mighty Jaxx International Pte. Ltd. or otherwise by an entity within its group of affiliated companies (each or collectively, as the case may be, hereinafter referred to as "Mighty Jaxx", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to all topline and subsidiary brands such as "Mighty AllStars", "Premiumworked" and "Superkraft Laboratory".

A. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you have received an incorrect or factory defective item(s), you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange of item(s) at our sole discretion.

Please note that customised or pre-order products are made to order and are non-refundable or returnable. Due to the personalised nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.

B. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

To make a claim please contact us within FOURTEEN (14) days of your receipt of the item at the appropriate email address below:

  1. "Premiumworked" products or services: help@premiumworked.com
  2. "Superkraft Laboratory" products or services: enquiries@superkraftlab.com
  3. All other Mighty Jaxx products or services: help@mightyjaxx.com

Due to the limited nature of our collectibles, we may face obstacles in resolving your issue if you contact us any later.

To process your claim, we will need the following details of the allegedly incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s):

  1. Please explain why the item(s) delivered is incorrect, or what is the damage/defect in the item(s);
  2. A photo of the incorrect item(s), or the alleged damage/defect to the item(s); and
  3. A photo of the outer box with the shipping label intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and shipped back to us in its original condition with its original tags and/or packaging intact. Note also that customers may be liable for shipping charges, duties and taxes for returns, and that such charges are non-refundable.

We will process your claim and respond to you via email within three (3) business days upon receipt of your claim.

C. REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Please ensure that you have provided us with the right address prior to committing to your order. A refused shipment will be treated as a return, for which you may be liable to pay for any reshipment or disposal costs, or to have such amount deducted from any refunds, at our sole discretion. Any free shipment extended by us is limited to the initial shipment of the item. Mighty Jaxx shall not be liable for any subsequent shipment charges due to wrong information provided by the customer or for any re-delivery thereafter if the customer is unavailable to accept delivery on the first shipment.

D. PURCHASE FROM THIRD PARTIES

Please note that this Return Policy is only applicable to items which you have purchased directly from us through our physical or online stores. If you have any issues with a Mighty Jaxx product that you did not purchase directly from us, please contact the retailer directly that you purchased it from.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you absolutely want the item(s). We will not be able to cancel your order should you change your mind.

Do note that our collectibles are often listed on our website on a pre-order basis. This means that the item that you purchase may not have been manufactured yet. While we strive to have our items delivered to you in a timely fashion, our collectibles are often hand-painted and assembled, and may take several months from the close of the pre-order to reach you, and time of delivery for any items shall not be of the essence. H. GOVERNING LAW

You agree that the terms of this Return Policy shall be governed by Singapore laws and any relevant regulations, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
